Return Policy

In keeping with software industry standards, Digimation will gladly accept returns of packaged software within 30 days of purchase in unopened packaging only.

Products which do not require authorization, are considered opened at the time of purchase.
Products which require authorization or activation before use are considered opened once we supply the authorization or activation code.

There are evaluation versions of most of our software products available via download. This allows prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure ensuring that the software meets their needs before purchasing.

We are happy to provide renders of any model prior to purchase. Products that have been opened or purchased online may only be replaced with identical software / media within 30 days of purchase.

Digimation will make a full refund of the product purchase price (not including any shipping and handling costs paid), once we have received and processed the returned item, in accordance with Digimation’s return policy.
